So, I was wondering, as I was looking for the answer earlier when I was going through the templates, but I was curious - how do you change the title of a page hosted on the CMS?

Such as, I have an interviews section http://www.virtualpetlist.com/list.php/category/41-Interviews

And I want each interview to have its own unique page title - how can I go about doing this? Or is there a plugin that does that?

    Thanks!

Admin CP > Settings > Options > Content Management. I think that is what you are talking about @cpvr.

Do you not see the little pencil to edit?

I see that, and when I go to the article/interview - I can see that I've set a title for that, and it doesn't show that title.
