I know this may sound silly but how about adding something in for fitting wood flooring/laminate too

 

I think you need a proper logo. I'd suggest tiny representations of a room with and without carpet for your status icons except I know it would be really hard to see... maybe a square with a carpet being peeled off and wood underneath?

Thanks for the comments on all our forums. Certainly taken it all on board.

I'm totally graphically challenged lol I could never draw a room with carpet in it on a computer, couldn't even do it with pencil and paper. However, I am going to offer it out to get logo's for all the forums as soon as I have some time to go through samples and suchlike.

As for the vbseo. Just needs renewing, after I upgraded VB it appeared to partially disable itself, another thing that's on the to-do list.
