Can some one help me with this..?

I have had my forum using vB software for over a year now, and I have tried my absolute hardest to add as many keywords etc for google to pick up as possible. I have tried getting my link on as many websites as possible.
But regardless of all my effort and hard work, I don't seem to come up on google when I search say "young parents" or "teen parents".

Can some one help me get my head around this, how do I get my website to come up on google with these and similar keywords? What am I doing wrong/missing?

 

By the way - if you need a good keyword research tool - i can advise semrush, it is really helpful

 

these are bit competitive keyword and you need a lot of quality backlinks so keep doing back linking ..hope you see some result soon

 

It's not the keywords and meta descriptions that make your google rank higher. It's the Page Rank, if you get that higher, then when you search for those specific words you may be more higher up the search engine.
