Arcade

I know you need 100 posts to play in the Arcade and that's fair enough and all, but this place is a bit too inactive for me to even reach 100 posts any time soon! I visit every couple of days or so to find that there is only a couple of threads I can reply in. I don't suppose the required postcount could be more like, say... 50? :nuts: Then I can go and own up some of those scores.

 

It's at 100 because we had it originally at 10 posts, and waaay too many people came in, dropped 10 lousy posts, and ran to the arcade. Then we had it at 50, which was better, but we still had people pumping out 50 crap posts to play in the arcade. We didn't see a real reduction in that kind of behavior until we raised the post limit to 100.

Alien may decide to change it back, but in the meantime feel free to start a few threads! There's a bunch of lurkers who come out of the woodwork when there's some good threads to reply to. I managed to make it to 5000ish posts at this approximate pace!
