I was looking for Pay Per Click programs today and noticed that sites of an "adult" nature pay up to a dollar a click. Now what do you guys think if you are trying to make somewhat decent money would that be an option to you for your site?

My sites are intended for the general public, so I wouldn't want to alienate my audience by putting up trashy ads. If you have a site that's already specifically aimed at people who would be interested in those ads, then go for it.

If that was your targeted demographic, then yes, I certainly would look into it. If they pay higher, why waste time with AdSense?

It's cool to see these niche targeted non google adsense pay per click ads. Anyhow, If that was my niche, then ya but other wise I would avoid it like the plague.

I don't even know what that is lol

But dating site sales have sky rocketed lately. If you have a site that can handle those ads you could make some money with some nice traffic ;)

but if you are squemish about content some of the adult sites such as alt.com and adultfriendfinder.com have ads on their affiliate program that are not so riskay the ones i am speaking of do not show any naked people or have any provocative language just a banner that says Fulfill your summer desires and stuff like that lol

Our ads are controlled by the forum and thread prefix used. If it's in the "Everything Else" forum (our adult forum) then it can have an adult ad. If the thread in a section has the prefix of "NWS" (not work safe) it can also have one, though I'm pretty sure we disabled this.
