Adding Addon To Own Cpanel

Hi all I've got a situation where I am trying to figure out how to transfer a addon into it's own Cpanel. I've tried several times, I can get the files in there but am not sure about how to figure the sql database change over. I've never done it and it is getting too much. Is there a link as to step by step instructions or how to copy it into the appropriate database?

It is a SMF sql which I've been using this Tutorial Located Here but keep getting errors when trying to import not sure if I know or have even done it right. My server people won't help since they say it is latin1 and not sure why it doesn't show latin1 it is set for smf using default and also the bottom of the sql running does show latin1 of course I don't understand any of this. I just want to get a few of my addons into there own Cpanels now that I have a WHM resellers going.
