Added a webmaster tool

I had this setup on my other site for a while and just seen it in the ftp while looking for something else so I brought it on over here and modified it a little

Admin Talk Indexing Tool

This tool will tell you if a page is indexed or not. Handy with new post and new content.
I have a ton of great "webmaster" type scripts that we can setup here and have been meaning to do it since I took over ownership, but it's just finding time that's the hard part.

Anyways.. check it out, let me know what you think, what we could do to improve this one tool.
