If you were happy about any forum software, I asume you would also find even minded members in their forum.
Most of those feature are in several of the SMF portal mods, or can be added as modules.
There will probably be similar mods available for other forum software. At least vbportals cms and photoplog. I'm not sure what cndgarage is.
