Different people prefer different amounts of staff.

What is your moderator to member ratio?

I always prefer few mods, and no admins because I can do everything myself, but a helping hand is nice. I would get 1 mod per every 100 members.

So you believe that one person can monitor 100 people?

Let's put this in perspective to see if your number changes.

Say it's you and one other moderator... You have 100 members, excluding that one moderator and you, the administrator. This particular forum is a general forum and each member posts five times each day over ten forums. That's 500 posts to monitor a day and ten forums to look through. Do you still think one moderator is enough?

Well this is promotion forum. So thing don't really get out of hand. If it were a debate forum then I could see your point.
