When I purchased hosting in September 2008 from iFuseHosting.com everything was perfect. It has been perfect until the begining of September.

Server loads hitting 30 downtime is now to often and support taking hours and hours. Phone support is now none existant. They have suspended my hosting for no reason. Yesterday I brought a domain and registered it through them, they have still not ordered it.

I am so fed up I am going to request the money I payed for the domain and this months hosting back then I am going to move to a better host.

Never go with iFuseHosting.com there service is offically shit.

While a 30+ load on a system is something horrific, maybe you should look at why they suspended your account? Typically, the people to complain about the problem are the people causing the problem. I'm not saying that is definitely the case in your situation, but that is the typical case.

As far as the company? Haven't had a second of experience with them. Try using dedicated servers as opposed to just shared next time. If your site is that important, it'll be worth it.

I beleive I am suspended for not paying my invoices, which have always been paid on the due day for the past 12 months.

Give Future Hosting a call. I have been using them for about 30 months, and am happy with their service and support.

They only deal with VPS and dedicated servers though.

Agreed, future hosting has been nothing but fantastic the last 8+ months I've been there.

Search around on sites like webhostingtalk for coupons and you'll save some cash.

Well the thing is, if you have been using them since sept 08 and only experienced problems recently, this SCREAMS out to me, that your site has outgrown your host, it happens, and it's no reason to blame them. :/

This is not necessarily the case. Hardware (and software) upgrades are made and infrastructure changes are implemented as each provider continues to grow. It's very possible that a recent change has been the main cause of the problems Ryan seems to be experiencing.

Then again, it could indeed be due to the sheer size (and use) of his account.

Indeed... I don't need a dedicated server. A vps would suit me fine. Just getting the money together along with the cost of vBulletin and SocialEngine D:

    Bills, bill and more bills.

ah ryan no wonder! I was beginning to think that you wouldn't return to Oyobiia.
I use Host Gator, and things are going fine. A VPS seems too much for the activity
that Oyo gets anyways. Ultimately, it's your choice. Email me when things get back
    to normal. Good luck.

I have decided to close the forum... too much hassle plus I have so much course work to do at the moment. I'm planning on a new project thought.
