What emoticon/smiley is a MUST on all your forums?

It seems that anything fast-moving gets me. :lol: <-- that's one of my favorites as well. I probably use it more often than any other.

What's that smiley that shakes from side to side with a blurring type effect? Can't seem to locate it anywhere which was one of my favs. I seen alot of IPB users using it.
