Wordpress to PHP/HTML

i have a site design247.net which some of you may know already as i posted a couple templates in free graphics, that its a little project im doing to help me better understand html and css and stuff...

D247 was using wordpress but i want to convert it to html/php, i already have my template which im editing now but i want the URL to be like:

For my template eNerd it would of been:

http://design247.net/enerd.php

I want it to be:

http://design247.net/templates/enerd/

How would i do that with Mod Rewrite?
