Since its summertime, we decided to run a $100 posting contest on my community. The user who creates the most posts within the month will win $100.

Goodluck with that i was going to join but since it such a big forum, i really can't be bothered it will probably be a waste of time since i most probably will be beaten by your other members!

 

I do love a good challenge I love virtual pets and the site looks absolutely fantastic. Touche..... ( darn this competitive nature of mine)

 

I thought about having a posts contest but I was afraid of spamming.

Does this kind of contest work well?

 

It works out pretty good for us. If people spam, we reset their post counts or ban them for it. This is my third time running this type of contest.
