To all of the forum owners on here, do you guys keep track of how your forum's growth is doing? I don't mean anecdotal stuff like "it seems busier" or "we have more members posting" but real statistical analysis on how many new posts you are gaining every month.

I have been doing it for a while and it really helps in seeing if your site is doing better, worse or just kind of the same. By quantifying your growth rate, you can make more informed decisions on how to better manage your community. Looking at the monthly mean and the percentage growth year over year can easily give an idea about where you're headed.

Here are the stats for my forum, from when it first started. Not a big forum by any means, but it serves a pretty niche audience.
