What makes you unique?

Some of us are in competitive niches, so we need to have a unique edge. What's yours and how do you accomplish it? Do you take a different approach to your forum? Do you have exclusive content? Do you offer something different?

What makes you better than "the other forums" in your niche?

 

My niche isn't covered in my language, except for my site now. That makes my forum unique

But I do consider rivals in other languages as rival, so I try to provide better content and features than they. I mean, nothing stops my members from going to an English forum of the same niche, they know English...
