What is the first thing you do when you log into your forum?
I check for new posts, and If I dont see any I get disappointed.
I check my personal messages and if I have any new ones, I read them and reply to them when necessary.
Check new posts.
a. Look for Inbox alerts and read them if any
b. Look for forum alerts and read them if any
c. Read new posts if any
Hopefully at least one of those has occurred when I log on.
lol once your forum grows and becomes huge it will start to be a problem
When I first login to my forum, the first thing I do is check the Moderator Panel for new registrations, reported posts, and posts awaiting approval. If there are none, I click the "New Posts" link, and browse through our newest posts, and reply to any and all of them I can.
We all pretty much do the same thing
First thing i do is check for new members so i can welcome
the check to see if anything needs approved in promotion topic
Check all new posts that have been made
last check if i have any mail
The first thing I do is check for PMs and replies on my threads. And then I proceed to checking new posts.
First thing i do is hit the "View your posts" button
Haha, i do that on the phpbb forums im on like fp.
Yep, because after you check all your threads that you reply to on an active forum like FP you probably gain another 20 posts by replying to those!
Yea very true.
I check my inbox if any customers want me
1. Check PMs (If any)
2. Check on the users that have been flagged by StopForumSpam and look out for any suspicious activity (if needed)
3. Reply to posts or start new topics.
I usually go straight to PMs
1. Check for PMs (if I have any)
2. View new posts and make sure I contribute if I can or moderate if necessary
3. Look at new registrations and scan for multiple accounts sharing the same IP- delete if found.
Going to add a few things more:
Veiw New posts, reply to all of them.
Create new threads.
Sometimes do some minor updates and change things around.
I check for PMs, and then new posts.
