What happened for the vbulletin support team ?

    I just saw this thread in the licensed feedback forum (hidden to guest) and I wanted to get your opinion on it?

    I'll chime in and say I haven't been impressed with the response time on tickets since the new ownership.(and I've sent several tickets before and after under my account and client accounts)
    Maybe it's because the "ticket system" is overloaded since it's being pushed for extra income.
    Maybe it's all the ridiculous jara or jira w/e... tickets that staff are trying to research and confirm.
    Maybe the vb staff is severally understaffed now..

    Ya, looks like they'll need to hire more customer service people.
