What graphic tutorial site do you use?

Photoshop and Xara are pretty much the two champion programs I utilize to create custom graphics for my blogs, sites and forums. There is such a healthy web design community available online, my question is what resources do you use to teach you new techniques for the software you utilize?

I love the graphics created on deviant art and Themeforest but I realize it would take me quite a bit of practice and time to become the master of the program to achieve what others have reached. What tutorial sites, forums or resources do you use to guide you through your personal journey to create graphics that exceed the bounds of what others would expect from you ?

 

YouTube ... it's the best visual resource for every type of graphics application.
