    I used WordPress before, I would recommend using that if you're thinking of making your own blog.
    Right now I'm using phpBB.

    I would have to say that you should not combine a CMS software with a forum software. They technically do different tasks, so your poll is a little inacurate if you ask me. If I were to choose a software for my clients (I make a custom one for my own site and clients) I would advise them to use WordPress. Though I have worked with the majority of those - also for forum software i love phpBB.
