This forums has had a complete overhall and works just fine. I'm not the owner but i am involved in the forums a great deal. The colours and layout are perfect IMO and the logo and twitter are all done by a graphics expert who part owns the site. If you go into portfolio and look for the best header you've ever seen in your life. It's a background of grass and trees that he made into a curtain and it drapes over a red ferarri and looks amazing.

Style & Design: 8/10 It's something unique, matches the 'cafe' theme you're shooting for, and the colors flow nicely. The breadcrumbs and login form need some work, as well as the relevant replacements but excellent design over all.

Usability: 6/10 Which is about my standard usability rating on sites that are easy to navigate, and didn't make it harder to find the content.

Forum Layout/Structure: 6/10 The forums are small population wise, and I understand wanting a forum for everything, but some of the forums seem inactive. I like that the time and date has been removed from a lot of the usual items but it doesn't fool that many people. Do you really need a computer help section, for web development forums. Target your niche first, then branch out to those others.

Features: While I didn't sign up, it doesn't appear that any features have been added or removed from the standard vBulletin software.

SEO: I'd do some work on the Relevant Replacements. I'm not sure where people are getting this hideous RR from, but its poorly coded and looks bad on every forum I see it on. Not to mention its bad coding

    Code:
    <h2><strong>Web Recruitment</strong></h2>

You don't need strong tags inside of heading tags. The robots.txt file could benefit from having some items added to it as well.

    Overall, not to shabby. 7/10

BSMedia Thank you for your input. I agree the Computer Help section is a definate No No. I have placed comments in the Staff section of the forums. Also it's gone abit quiter because of the 6 weeks school holidays so some of the members are out with the kids etc.

There needs to be some more work done. But, it's getting there slowly but surely...;)

Design wise, I don't know about the theme, I really think it could have been conveyed a tiny better, the status icons have white matte which doesn't go with your background, it's not a gradient do it could have been set up better. Also the Follow Me on twitter image could have done better, maybe reached full the bottom so it could look like beyond there would be a continuation and not stop as roughly as it seems, meaning there is an 'empty' space between the actual end of the table and the end of the graphic [bottom wise], I can barely see the favicon since my browser is black, but from what I see looks good. Also in the menu when you hover the red that comes out contrasts too much with the brown. I don't understand the huge space area where the search function is... Design wise i'm not fond of it, as I said, it could have looked better.

And I agree with everything else that Dave [BSmedia] said.
