WTB vB Developer for Custom Recent Threads CMS Widget

Dear Admin Talk members,

I currently use vBadvanced CMS as the main page of my forum. I have played around on my test site and built a basic main page using the vB4 CMS instead and really like it, however, it is missing 2 KEY features for my members which is holding me back from being able to use vB4's CMS.

I'm looking for someone that can:

1) Set the Recent Threads widget to refresh with a page refresh. I have the cache of the widget set to 0 in AdminCP and it still only refreshes (bumps threads with new posts to the top) after a few minutes. Refreshing the page does nothing.

2) Make use of the database automatic forum marking so thread titles are bolded in the Recent Threads widget for threads that contain un-read posts and once a user has viewed them the tread title is un-bolded (basically a quick way to differentiate between threads w/un-read posts and w/o)
3) Not as important as the first two - add pagination to the widget to pull threads for 30, 60, 365, etc. days back.
