Can you give me some feedback on this. What do I need more of?, What do I need less of? What would you do with it?

    Thanks.

A logo including something related to the trade for certain. I am not sure about the rest.

We had a few active members on tilersforums.co.uk that said they don't have one over there. So I made them one. Plus, my servers are poo-hot to cope with the large amount of traffic in UK peak times, and I thought hmmmmm, perhaps if I had a few Aussie websites I'd find I'm using the server 24/7 to its capabilities. Sort of free hosting if it's an Aussie website.

Yeah, the logo and header are kind of plain, as are your status icons. Maybe you could get some nice tile icons? :)

    Ditto on Soliloquy's comment.

It looks like you've got quite a network going, but I highly suggest that before you move on, fix up some of your site as per the comments in the other threads on this forum. Customize those themes a little bit. Make them look relative to their respective niches. The last thing you want to be is "that landlord".

I like the skin! Particuallary because I made it :D (PS, you can remove the copyright line: Originally Designed And Optimized By: SEO Tips if you want)

But other than that, since I'm pretty biased toward you're skin I'll leave a full review for someone else.

You can however, try to pick up a fancier header graphic and perhaps new status icons ;) :D
