Social Media Push

In an attempt to continue to grow the site I am going to put together a social media push. I've had a twitter, facebook & Google+ account, but I haven't done a lot with much other than fb.

Does anybody know of a tool which will allow me to publish to all 3 simultaneously? The easier it will be for me to administer the more likely I will continue and be successful.

My work uses a paid service (too rich for me) to do it for their social media sites, I figure there has to be an inexpensive/free alternative.

 

I've used ping.fm in the past but it looks like they've expanded it to something else and it's called "Seesmic Ping".
