This was purchased last week by my lovely wife when I asked her to purchase another forum board for me (meaning vBulletin) instead she brought this - It is unfortunately unwanted and would prefer to get a vbulletin license.

Worth $149.99 it has never even be downloaded - will sell for $120 o.n.o via PAYPAL only.

By self hosted in the title I mean it is not hosted by ipb so you can upload and use it anywhere.

Your wife is awesome. You're lucky.

If you tell how low you'll sell it, someone may be more interested.

I'm tempted, because I would like to try IPB at some point, but I just have so much else I need to spend my money on. Sorry.

Yes that is correct, you would get the same thing with this as if you would go to IPB's site and buy one - my wife accidently brought this license instead of vbulletin and I am not interested in using it I haven't even downloaded it from the members area.

Well I won't be selling it for $20 as mentioned before - It is unwanted but if thats all people are going to offer then I would just keep it and never use it.

To be fair an honest I would probably sell this for as low as $100 if someone buys it within the next 24-48 hours - that way I can use it on getting things that would be better for my website rather than having this money going to waste.

I'm somewhat interested in it, but first I'd like to know why you're so against using it? It's far better than or equal to vBulletin in many ways.

Thanks for replying to be honest I have nothing against the software - however I am use to vBulletin now and how it all works the ins and outs of it and am getting better in coding it - the new forum that I am installing is going to be linked to my current site as sort of a network type thing and therefore need to use vbulletin rather than ipb.
