Riding the waves of youtube

This wave has been nice - 3 videos, and an increase of 1,500 visitors in the past 5 days to my forum.

Insight shows that the spike may have leveled off, so its time to post another video.

And if you dont understand all of that, go ahead and ask.

Youtube is starting to show good sign for my site as well. I'm hoping to release a video here in the next couple of days fingers crossed. I'm also about to start a series on AR15s chambered in hunter calibers. I've got a friend who collects ARs in different calibers. So it's going to be fun.

 

I always have signups, but nothing outstanding with the extra traffic. Its about average. New members usually float around 30 - 60 every day.

Google referred something like 120 times more traffic to my site then youtube. But there is only about a 9% difference in the sign up rate.

My youtube traffic was less then that. After I started posting videos again it went back up. I took about a 2 month break from posting. and as a result my youtube traffic went down.

Also, only 2 search engines send my site more traffic then youtube - yahoo and google. aol, msn, live, bing,,,, all of them are behind youtube.
