Do you publicly display users' infraction information in their postbit and profile - like how many infractions and points they have? Or do you believe that this information should be kept completely private?

I keep it private. I also use the 'user note' feature of vBulletin for warnings.

I wouldn't do this; I think public humiliation is a tool that should be used sparingly, if at all.

Keep it private, there is no need in displaying that kind of information

I'd never make infractions public (or, publicly viewable) - this is humiliating. Doing so can be compared to announcing the banning of a member for all to see.

Hidden for members... Staff can see it (Obviously) I beleive Alpha members can also see other infraction levels.

Their own infraction levels, or those of other members?

Private, only staff need to see this and for the member to be informed of it.

Any particular reasoning behind this? I don't understand why members (other than those on the staff team) should be able to view infractions.
