    Description: Promotion Time has recently launch and has so far 5 members and is welcome new members to join us. Currently I'm offering free promotion until March 1st. You can promote your banner, forum link redirect, basic promotion, traffic exchange. And as always a discussion section to chit chat. I have also implemented a Cash System where you can trade forum cash to pay them for forum posts. So please join us at PromotionTime.tikolah.com. Domain will be bought the latest March 1st.
