Had to rebuild the permission cache. Seems I forgot to rebuild them after import. Should fix the signature problems too.
Yeah! IPB always needs that cache rebuilding on changes made. I found that one out ages ago when using IPB myself and making template changes. They never took effect until "rebuilding all cache".
