This is most likely just a temporary style I don't think it looks anything like facebook, there is a skin that looks exactly like it though..lol You can change to the old skin (default) if you wish, there is a style selector in the bottom left of the site.
Who are you considering getting something from? XenFocus makes some excellent styles (from the best IPB designer out there).
To be honest I haven't even looked. I'm extremely broke right now and will be for at least a few months. We'll likely stick with the current skin for a while unless I see another free one that would fit us better.
