Domain Registrant and Server Question, what do you think i should do?

I have about, I don't know, 20ish domains that I need to transfer to one spot. Right now they're mostly all registered with a small hosting company, where I get unheard of discounts lol. Anyways, I just want to transfer them so just in case the company goes under my domains are safe and all that. So, any companies you suggest that have a cheap transfer cost and cheap registration fee?

My other question is that I have a bunch of sites at several different hosts, mainly so I could review them and all that stuff, but I'm considering getting a single dedicated server from SingleHop and consolidating all my sites onto that one dedicated server. What do you think of doing this, or should I just stick to the many hosts I have now? Some of the companies I'm looking at are:

    SingleHop
    Limestone Networks

Those are really excellent dedicated providers that I know someone who works in each, so yea.

If you're considering purchasing a server, I'm going to highly recommend WiredTree - I have two dedicated machines with them and cannot say enough about their network (and support - it's incredible). This community happens to be hosted on one of these two machines. I think the results speak for themselves. ;)

While I don't have any experience with Limestone Networks, I haven't heard anything negative about them. It all comes down to how you build your server + the network it will be connected within.

I'm a fan of SoftLayer.com for dedicated servers, but you can find information on your dedicated provider easy enough :D

As for transfering your domains to a new registrar, i suggest either NameCheap.com or GoDaddy. Sometimes when you transfer them, they'll give an additional year of registration on them as well so thats always good and basically a free transfer to them.
