Locking URLS/Commands/scripts to specific IPs

    I was wondering if there is a way to prevent any running certain scripts on your site unless their IP matches one set somewhere, has anyone heard of this before? If so, can you tell me how to implement this :D

    What I am wanting to prevent is the dokill script when deleting forums from being ran by anyone other than our own IP address, not sure if this is possible or even worth implementing if it is but it would be nice to hear some insight on this :)

    EDIT: I would like to mention I know htaccess can provide this sort of thing but for whole folders, but im unsure about certain scripts/commands.
