Do you have a manual for your moderators to follow? Let's see what you got! :)

No, though I once had one for GorillaNet, I'll have to dig it up.

I'll show you it, for sure.

Moderator Expectations: (borrowed from somewhere with a mix of my own)

    Moderator Procedures Guide:
It's probably a bit sloppy and full of errors, but that's because I put it together as time went on and things were needed.
It's also supposed to be very detailed and in-depth, as my niche isn't one that is full of technically-competent users. :)

    That is one long manual.

Mine is still a work in process (yes this thread was shameless idea-gathering :V)... But here's what I have so far.

I gotta work on it somewhat... Most of the mods know their normal forum duties, but I should probably go over that more too...

Mine is actually quite similar to Nick's - I'll post it shortly. :)

Mine was from my personal forum. Most of the time when I'm answering threads here about my techniques, procedures, etc., my answers are based off of other forums I run or have ran; not this one. :)

It's a long manual because it is supposed to cover instructions for every scenario that moderators encounter.

Well I'm just clarifying for any others who may be confused as you seemed to be. ;)
