Have you ever been involved in a lawsuit or any form of legal proceedings for any reason pertaining to your forum? If so, what was the situation? Who initiated it (you, or another party)? How did it go?

No I've not and I probably never will. My forum is growing but it's going to stay small.

Yes I was involved with a lawsuit. One of my users sued one of my moderators and me for defamation of character. It was thrown out before it got very far.

That must have been tough. Never been involved in something like this and hope it will never be the case.

Honestly... It was fun. But there was a history between me and the plaintiffs -- so it was alot of fun to beat them, especially since they had a trademark firm representing them and I just had lil ole me. :)
