What prevents someone from spoofing your session?

It's really easy to spoof sessions, especially when you've got the session id, which you posted.

I'll start this off with $85 for both.

But quite useless if he's logged out using the "Log Out" link, or he signed in at a different computer. One session ID invalidates the other.

All I was doing was getting things started off at a reasonable price. If you want to accept the offer, drop me a PM, I don't do business over IM. You'll have a pretty fast response, as I'm online 24x7. If you want to wait for a better offer, that's fine too, just keep in mind that license goes down in value every day it gets closer to renewal time.

Let me be very clear here, my way of dealing with this situation is absolutely, completely, 100% trusted. In fact, given the circumstances, it is clear that the opposite is true. A few things about this are very, very suspect.

Firstly, OP wants money before anything is delivered. would be fine if the user actually had some credibility, or more than 5 posts (in this one thread), but that doesn't wash with me.

I explained to the OP that I am a quite trusted buyer. Yes, I may have some personality problems (some think I'm an ass, and that's fine), but if you look at my profile here, on DP, and on my own business page, you'll see I've been around for a while, and actually have conducted numerous transactions for 7 years online. In fact, I make a living running my own business.

The OP then started out trying to offer a 50/50 deal, and again I told him what had to happen to get my money (the license needed to be transferred) first.

In some cases, I'll waive that. I mean, I'm not completely stuck in that, but I certainly won't waive that for somebody with 5 posts all in the same thread. What, do I look like I have "sucker" written on my forehead?

I'll tell you this much, this transaction is certainly suspect. Maybe not fraudulent, I'm not going to go there, but it is definitely something to be very, very careful of! I've been dealing business online for 7 years now, and let me just say that , even when beginning I didn't do anything this risky. That's only asking for trouble.

Just an FYI to Nick, but I just remembered he tried selling this on another forum, but we removed his post not only because he wasn't a paid member, but because the whole sale seemed very fishy.

I'm just like you. I don't really trust people when they say money first then the item. I've already been taken advantage of once before so it's not about to happen again lol.

But in that same respect, what would prevent someone from just taking the item and "running"?

170-180 dollars for both seems fishy in itself. Both are usually 200 dollars, last time I inquired. Also, I find it very interesting that you go from wanting to sell it, to keeping it.
