Images in staff usernames

I see a lot of forums that use little images in their staff markup. Do you do this? Do you think it shouldn't be done? What about larger staff usernames?

 

I've done it, and it looks good imo. Some people will go overboard and design really large images which look awful.

 

Yeah, large images really look bad. I'm not too fond of small images even, but it's not too bad.

 

Never tried it myself, but I've seen it on some forums and don't particularly mind.
