how do i post a poll?

i'm sorry, but i need guidance. anyone?

 

spidie, when you go to post a new thread, go to the botom of the screen and it there will be a field that says post a poll . . . check the box and then submit your post . . .that will then take you to a screen where you post your pull. hopefully that helps
