Holiday Events/Contests

I am looking for some ideas for some contests or possible like fun events one could do for their forum on Christmas?

I thought of secret santa.....but I am hoping for some more fun and creative ideas

 

A couple of years back, I organized a treasure hunting event (I hope that's the right name for it!). I gave people clues for topic titles, which they had to find, to then follow a link, answer some Christmassy question (like 'Who's Santa's favorite reindeer?', but a little harder), and then they would get access to a page where they'd find a gift of a certain color. Depending on the color, they got different prizes.

It sure was fun and people liked it!
