    Hello there I'm Howard and i'm from manchester and im 17. I have been doing forums since 2006, i have run a few forums but was young and let them fail, i do have a Dalmatian forum running but had to close it due to going to a college and living in. But I want to get back into the forum scene and open a new forum.
