I have a lot of creative members, some of whom are already into making videos of themselves and posting them on my forum for their friends there to watch. Some have even done simple demonstrations and tutorials for posting on the forum. But I would like to harness all this creative power, have them add the forum logo/URL to their videos, and release them on YouTube for the general public to see.

I have managed to get them to film a video Christmas card at their last get-together, but that was an easy thing since there were so many people who could help with setup. In terms of convincing lone members to make videos on their own, I imagine it will be quite a bit harder to make it worth their while. What kind of incentive could I offer?

You are supposed to set the example by which your members follow.

I'm afraid making videos is not in the cards for me; I am neither talented nor photogenic :)
