Do you encourage members to reports posts in topics that don't obide by the rules you've set. Perhaps you reward them in some way, perhaps they just get some forum kudos?

Just wondering how you all work this.

I don't really reward them, I just tell them that they should report next time... like Nick did to me ><!

I encourage all members to report any and all posts they deem un-suitable for our website/forums as it is a website for all sport fans... I tell them it is their right just as it is mine to help provide the friendly community that we all want.

If they think something is against the rules, or if they think it could hamper the website REPORT IT - if they don't report it I don't know that they don't like it!

Yes, I encourage that behavior, because otherwise they'll email me and gripe about it :)
