If a member of your forum had been told off for doing something which isnt allowed and from then on began causing drama for your forum constantly making comments about the staff members, snide remarks when welcoming new members and being a right drama queen, how would you deal with this?

Same here. I warn once. If it continues, then the member is banned, no notice, and no lifting the ban.
I'm pretty hard core when it comes to someone deliberately causing trouble on my site.

i would ignore them, currently one of the forums i am on has a resident drama queen, and all the members decided that the best thing to do was ignore her. over the past week or two she seems to have been less active and not been quite as annoying.

if this happened on my forum i would warn them when they are rude, and if they do it again it will result in loss of privelidges (posts have to be approved by moderator before they can be seen on the forum, not allowed to use pm's or arcade) and if they carry on they will get banned

Depending on discussion type and comments, some actually boost discussions, on what actions I take. On one forum drama is the rule not the exception.

Sounds like you need to put'em in the box on yours.
