Can Online Verification Actually Confirm My Medical Reports?

Hello everyone.

I’m thinking about checking my lab results online but not sure how much I can trust these tools. When doing a medical report check does it really match what hospitals or labs issue or is there a risk of mistakes?

Are there any platforms that are known to be accurate or is it hit and miss? Also how safe is it to upload personal health information for verification?

I’d love to hear from anyone who has actually tried verifying their reports online. Did it make a difference or did you end up relying on the original document anyway?
