one of my affiliates on one of my forums owns his own forum, and then on another forum, a member has joined with a very similar forum, saying that he has copied everything from their forum.....i have no idea which forum did it first-so should i still keep this forum as an affiliate or should i wait til the full story comes out?

Can you see any changes looking at the sites from archive.org?
Maybe you can see who did what first.

neither forum was on the archive, although they showed me some posts he had copied from their forum, which proves he did copy some stuff (and other forum admins have come forward with similar complaints about him), so i removed his forum from my affiliates

If your friend is doing copy paste stuff then it would be harmful for them as they are using duplicate content.

You need to use original and fresh content for good SEO advantage, thats it.

i dont let him advertise his forum on mine anymore, cause he started hosting illegal stuff on his forum, which goes against my rules for advertising.
