Added a files section

Well, I decided to go ahead and install the downloads II modification for vbulletin - the one developed by cyber ranger.

Now lets go back in time - between 1996 and 1999 I downloaded hundreds of custom made maps and modifications for computer games. These files usually included a copyright release giving people permission to redistribute them.

For one game, I probably have 200+ files that I will be uploading over the next few days.

So think about this just for a minute. Files that I downloaded over a decade ago, they included a copy right release and will now be used as instant content.

I think its pretty cool.
