5.45b Upgrade - Sooner Than Later

Hi.

I'll make this quick.. The 5.45b upgrade is coming along quicker than expected, so if all goes well, it will be available by the end of the week/weekend perhaps... I'll give you a more firm date as we go.. Takes a while to readd all the old hacks back in, as well as a few new ones, but we're making progress. Also, free web-based e-mail will be available this week.
