What was your first way of earning revenue through your site?

    I have earned money many times on the net, but this thread is specifically for earning it through your website. My first way of earning money through one of my old site(s) was buy selling adspace suchs as banners, and links. What was your first income generated from?

    Placing AdSence Adverts onto my forum to try and gain some revenue, did'nt work very well :(

    Using CPA(Cost per action). First with CPALead and now with AdscendMedia.
