Welcome, Debbie. why should that scare us? We have lots of ailments and issues here. We are a motley crew to say the least. What part of TX? South, central? I've been thru the three states of TX one time, as I so fondly put it to my dh (dear husband).

Glad you joined and just make yourself at home. Liz

Welcome Debbie! I'm a 23 yr old female from Maryland. Graduated from college with my AA degree in Computer Science, but am taking some more classes still for other areas. I work full time at the college I graduated from. :)

No way would any of that scare us. :)

Debbie, I'd like you to meet one of my dear friends Liza (yeah, they spelled her name wrong. They always do): http://www.myarkpark.com/pageant/patchel.htm

She's too modest. She never once mentioned that she's also participating in some special medical studies here in Maryland, and most recently has been learning to walk. When she graduated on May 24th, she made us all cry as she literally, walked herself across the stage. (Of course with the help of a walker)

I think I got some photos of her doing that at her graduation. I'll check and post them if I do. :)

Hi Debbie, welcome to the nicest Gazebo you'd ever want to visit. And we ain't scared of nuffin', except me, I'm scared of pain. So just don't hit me if you hear me whining. Here's my special whine smiley that Liz made: :whine: There's another now, too.

I hope you enjoy the place. We are unofficial, but we do have a special place just for ailments where we talk about, well, ailments.

And I was glad to see you in the Daily thread this morning.

    Dave :icon_rotate:

    Hi Debbie~~

I'm from California, married a Texan (Hereford, up in the panhandle) and we now live in Georgia.

Glad you've joined us! This is a great and very diverse group. We have computer geeks, like Dave and Liz, and Michelle...(the list goes on) all the way to people who know just enough to be a danger to themselves and others (like ME!)

And we're slowly spanning the globe..already have North America, Europe and the African continent covered! So, if you know any Asians or Aussies who'd like to join, bring 'em in!!
