    I use Windows. Have for the last 10 years. Prior to that I used FreeBSD and Redhat.

    Everything is spot on except your claim that Windows is easier as a VPS. Maybe to a new user, but Linux is very easy to setup and use.

    Surely windows are way very easy to use as an OS than others. But if you have a high level of networking that you require you can either go with Linux. But it all depends on your choice and requirements, the one with which you are comfortable with.

    I completely agree with you. Windows are basics but also work as good servers for VPS. Both have their own characteristics and it always depends on your requirements.

    Linux hosting .Linux is an open source system and is therefore more cost-effective to operate and maintain than Windows, Linux runs most processes faster than Windows. Linux web hosting is considered to be more secure than windows and it is an open source system and it is more stable and reliable.
