Hi everyone, my name is Michelle. I am the owner and administrator for a small but growing LGBT forum. I have been moderator or administrator of several other forums for the past four years. I joined to share and discuss my experiences and also learn from other people's experiences being an administrator. I tend to be opinionated and have no problem voicing it. But at the same like hearing other people's views even if I don't agree with them. Think by now I would be use to doing these introduction posts, but I still find them the hardest thing to post on any forum I join. So I will bow out now and just say I look forward to reading and discussing with other members of this forum. In the process get to know each other
