When was the last time you really pushed yourself to your physical limits? What were you doing?

I worked out the other day and after that, I was really tired.

Last summer, I went out for a run through my neighborhood. I made the mistakes of running too fast and running too long. So by the time I was finished, my heart was beating so hard that it was kind of scary!

Since then, I've been more careful when I occasionally go out for a run.

Be careful not to get heart attack or simillar.
Me pushing myself to the limits? Uh hard question. Sometimes when my boss calls me at 2 am when Im deeply asleep and he asks me to come to work

One time I went out for a walk that lasted over ten miles.

Its quite lenghty walk .... over 10 miles :) Sometimes when our neighbours go for holidays, they ask me if I can take care of their dog - its Bernese Mountain Dog (=> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernese_Mountain_Dog) so it needs very long walks (10-15 miles).

I actually find that, for me anyway, walking ten miles in one day is easier than running for a quarter mile. I can't run very far. But I can walk long distances.

Same here, I can walk for miles and not feel tired, but if I run for a long time, then I'll sleep for ages. I love running/jogging on the elipitical though.

I like to walk but hate to run. When I run, I huff and puff and become too sweaty.
